Experiments with food
Food as a metaphor, an object of analysis, deconstruction, critique, nostalgia, and visual indulgence. This year’s experimental section of the Ji.hlava Festival will offer unconventional audiovisual delicacies from around the world — from film baking to vegan emulsions.

We place the film strip on a baking tray, and bake it in the oven for 4 minutes (so that it is Baked Goods For Norman),
using wine and fruit to interact with the film emulsion,
not forgetting the rotten apple
